X-Men: The Animated Series Lives On in X-Men ’92
Marvel is endlessly releasing teasers for its summer 2015 lineup but even if all of them which are tied to the Secret Wars saga, this one is different.
X-Men ’92 is based on the ’90s cartoon, but how will they connect the dots is still unknown. Surprisingly this is a kind of move which DC would do as you know like Batman ‘66 is based on the 1960s Batman live-action TV series.
It could be a backdoor way of bringing the recently-expired Wolverine back to their publishing fold. Indeed, they already pulled that trick with Jean Grey in “All-New X-Men.”
