Supergirl Renewed For Season 2 While Agent Carter Cancelled
After a heck lot of rumors, Supergirl is finally getting renewed and is landing on the CW Network for it’s Sophomore season. After a not so great season fans of the shows were a bit sketchy about the very existence of the show. Now that the show is renewed, fans across the world rejoice.
It has to be kept in mind that after that rough season, we surely will expect major budget cuts and even probably a farewell to a few cast members. Still shifting to CW means more crossovers with the Flash, maybe not the Arrow.
This is followed by the sad news that there won’t be any further seasons of Agent Carter. Yup, Sources close to The Hollywood Reporter have informed that ABC has decided to cancel the critically acclaimed Agent Carter after two low-rated seasons. Although this was already expected considering the rumours floating around from long time and it’s not so much of an influence on the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
While for the Carter (Hayley Atwell) she will be seen in the upcoming ABC crime procedural series Conviction, where she plays the lead.
