Doctor Strange Trailer, First Look Of Scarlett Johansson as Motoko Kusanagi and More

This week was really awesome. From teasers to trailers to just first looks we really had hell lot of stuff to drool over. So incase you missed the fun here’s all what that was released this week.

Doctor Strange Trailer

While all eyes right now might be on the forthcoming release of Captain America: Civil War. Marvel dropped another bomb on the fans. Doctor Strange’s first trailer I mean. Hitting the box office this November, I am really excited to see Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor Strange. Here’s the official synopsis for curious minds;

After his career is destroyed, a brilliant but arrogant and conceited surgeon gets a new lease on life when a sorcerer takes him under his wing and trains him to defend the world against evil.

First Look Of Scarlett Johansson as Motoko Kusanagi

Motoko

Yesterday we got the first look Scarlett Johansson as Motoko Kusanagi from the upcoming live-action adaptation of Ghost in the Shell. This gave us the confirmation we need. Still I feel that whitewashing the movie wasn’t really a good decision. Writer Jon Tsuei offered up a thoughtful and fair explanation of why Johansson’s casting is being criticized and why it matters, read it here!

Suicide Squad

Another Suicide Squad trailer just dropped and it is fabulous. I won’t say much though just watch the trailer folks!

Batman Solo Film

Evolution of Batman.

So it’s official, Warner Bros. is making a solo Batman movie starring Ben Affleck. Ben will direct and star in his own Batman movie, Warner Bros chairman and CEO Kevin Tsujihara has officially confirmed. I really liked his portrayal of Batman in Zack Snyder’s Batman v Superman. While we might see more of Batman in Suicide Squad, this pumps the excitement to next level.
